1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will enter the processing queue for dispatch on the following business day.

3. Tracking & Notification

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 24 hours after receiving the confirmation email for the tracking portal to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct your shipping details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

5. Returns & Refunds (Alignment with Policy)
